Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking a Lead Salesperson for our Blackburn-based LED lighting business. This field role requires you to travel across the North West, North East, Scotland, and the Midlands, generating leads, booking and attending appointments, and selling energy-efficient LED lighting solutions to businesses.

You'll build strong customer relationships with autonomy and support from an office team. A 3-month trial period introduces a commission structure, with weekly pay and holiday pay

Lead Salesperson - LED Lighting Solutions (Blackburn-Based, Field Role)

Are you driven, confident, and ready to take control of your earnings? The Best Connection are looking for a proactive Lead Salesperson to join our growing LED lighting company based in Blackburn.

This is a field-based role suited to someone who thrives on meeting new people, building relationships, and closing deals across multiple regions.

The Role:

• Travelling across the North West, North East, Scotland, and the Midlands
• Generating your own leads through door knocking and outreach
• Booking and attending your own sales appointments
• Promoting and selling energy-efficient LED lighting solutions to businesses
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service

Working Pattern:

• Monday-Wednesday: Field sales (full days on the road)
• Thursday: Office check-in and admin/planning
• Weekly hours: 32-40 hours
