The Best Connection is recruiting a proactive Lead Salesperson for our Blackburn-based LED lighting business. This field role focuses on meeting new clients, building relationships, and closing deals across several regions.

You will travel across the North West, North East, Scotland and the Midlands, generate leads, book and attend appointments, and promote energy-efficient LED lighting solutions to businesses. Weekly pay and a 3-month trial apply.

Lead Salesperson - LED Lighting Solutions (Blackburn-Based, Field Role)

Are you driven, confident, and ready to take control of your earnings? The Best Connection are looking for a proactive Lead Salesperson to join our growing LED lighting company based in Blackburn.

This is a field-based role suited to someone who thrives on meeting new people, building relationships, and closing deals across multiple regions.

The Role:

• Travelling across the North West, North East, Scotland, and the Midlands
• Generating your own leads through door knocking and outreach
• Booking and attending your own sales appointments
• Promoting and selling energy-efficient LED lighting solutions to businesses
• Maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service

Working Pattern:

• Monday-Wednesday: Field sales (full days on the road)
• Thursday: Office check-in and admin/planning
• Weekly hours: 32-40 hours
