Job summary

Marshall Jaguar Land Rover Ipswich is seeking a confident, customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our premium sales team. This full-time role offers a £27,000 basic salary with £50,000+ OTE, plus a company car and a guaranteed first-month earnings of £3,333, and 25 days’ annual leave with bank holidays.

You’ll guide customers from first enquiry to handover, build lasting relationships, and tailor solutions including finance and insurance, supported by a bespoke 3-day sales training program.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in automotive or fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to build rapport.
• Passion for delivering great outcomes and representing a trusted brand.

Full-time | 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday and Sunday on a rota basis

• You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
  
• You'll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer’s needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non-advised customer journey; you’ll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
