Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is seeking a confident, customer-focused Car Sales Executive for cinch Chery Medway in the United Kingdom. The role involves guiding customers through the entire car-buying journey, from initial enquiry to handover, and offering tailored finance and insurance options.

Offering a £27,000 base salary with uncapped £50,000+ OTE, plus a company car, guaranteed first month earnings of £3,333, and enhanced leave and life assurance. 40 hours weekly; full-time; weekend rota.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in automotive or similar high-pace customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills; comfortable in a target-driven environment.
• Passionate about delivering great outcomes and representing a trusted brand.

In this role:

• you'll be responsible for guiding customers through every stage of their car-buying journey, from first enquiry through to handover.
  
• you'll build lasting relationships, take time to understand each customer's needs, and help them find the right solution; whether that’s a brand-new vehicle, a quality used model, or tailored finance and insurance options throughout our non-advised customer journey; you'll learn all about it at our bespoke 3 day Sales Training course.

We're looking for:

• Someone with previous sales experience, whether in automotive or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Someone with good communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport, while thriving in a target-driven setting that rewards both performance and professionalism.
• Most importantly, someone who's passionate about delivering great outcomes and proud to represent a brand that people trust.
