Job summary

What will this role achieve?

Being part one of the UK’s largest retail partnerships you will contribute to the success of pladis by partnering closely with Account team, delivering seamless sales support through exceptional communication, operational excellence, and proactive stakeholder management.

What will be your key results?
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative processes and stakeholder activities to support the smooth running of the business.
  • Support forecasting and reporting activities through SAP and internal planning systems.
  • Manage invoicing administration and liaise with Accounts Payable teams to resolve billing and payment queries.
  • Provide excellent customer support, handling day-to-day enquiries and ensuring timely resolution of requests.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and support the wider team.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience using SAP would be advantageous, but is not essential.
