Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing network. You will be the main contact for customers, buy cars, and ensure efficient branch operations. The role includes recommending appointments, hitting targets, and delivering outstanding service.

You will handle car appraisals, negotiate prices, and work with back office teams to close deals. Expect a dynamic environment with generous monthly and annual bonuses and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in target-driven environments.
• Strong customer-focused with excellent communication.
• Able to work weekends and on rotating shifts.

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.

Requirements

• A current full UK manual driving license
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself (lone working)
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
• Be able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers
• Excellent administration and IT skills
