Hours

You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on and 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

We seek enthusiastic, passionate, honest, and service-driven individuals to join our team. No prior knowledge about cars is necessary; we will provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities
  • Buy cars and ensure the smooth operation of branches. Be the main point of contact for customers.
  • Contact customers, manage your diary to achieve appointments, and meet targets.
  • Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with back office and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills.
