Job summary

Sinclair Group's Volkswagen Van Centre Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Executive to drive the sale of new and used Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and to deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

You will respond to inquiries, prospect for new business, maintain product knowledge, and strive to achieve realistic earnings via commission with a company vehicle and benefits. Training is provided to support progression within the business.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in a customer-facing environment is essential.
• Motor trade experience is not required as full manufacturer and in-house training will be provided.
• Proven experience in a customer-focused sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sinclair Group is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing Volkswagen Van Centre Cardiff team. You'll be responsible for selling new and used Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
• 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am to 4:00pm
• No Sunday working, 30 Days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) plus your birthday day off

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: £20,000 basic salary plus commission, company vehicle and benefits. Realistic OTE £42,500 with uncapped earning potential.
