Sales Executive

Salary: Up to £36,000 P/A

Location:Bracknell

Hours:Monday to Friday. 9AM-5PM (37 hours) - may include some weekends.

Dynamite Recruitment are looking for an experiencedSales Executive to join a successful, growing team within the Property industry.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
  • Guiding the buyers throughout the sales process.
  • Liaising with various contacts, including solicitors, stakeholders and other professionals within the industry.
  • Attend regular meetings.
  • Maintaining compliant documentation and ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
  • Carry out property inspections, identifying and reporting necessary maintenance.
  • Complete necessary administration.
To be considered for this position, you will have/be:
  • Strong knowledge/experience of the property market.
  • A successful background in a Sales position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
  • Full driving license with your own vehicle.
