Job summary

Bolton Motorcycles, part of Moto GB group, is seeking an experienced motorcycle sales executive to join our close-knit team in Bolton. You will manage all new and used motorcycle sales enquiries, maximise online and phone leads, and uphold brand standards and the established sales process.

You’ll drive sales of clothing, accessories and finance while delivering excellent customer service. Weekend work on a rota with a weekday off, and a base salary plus commission with career growth

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role and ability to meet sales targets.
• Willing to work as part of a team and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willing to multi-task and cover other roles as required.
• Ability to sell on value and affordability within an established brand/sales process.

Responsibilities

If so we at Bolton Motorcycles a multi Franchised Motorcycle/Scooter dealer based in Bolton are on the hunt for an experienced sales person to join our small team. Bolton Motorcycles is part of the Moto GB group, a family run business that is huge in the bike industry both importing and distributing many well know brands around the UK.

Responsibilities and Duties for the Motorcycle Sales Executive role include but are not limited to:

• Manage and develop all new and used motorcycle sales enquiries.
• Maximise lead opportunities both online and over the phone.
• Ensure that all individual key target objectives are met.
• Maximise the sale of all clothing, accessory and finance an imperative part of the sales process.
• Aim to achieve a high level of customer experience each and every time.
• Use established follow up and prospecting procedures to maximise customer loyalty and retention.
• Assist management in maintaining and developing showroom policies and advertising.
• Manage our various social media systems with daily updates.

Experience

The successful candidates will be experienced in a sales role and be able to meet sales targets whilst focusing on added value and profit retention. You must be willing to work as part of a team, be very much focused on customer satisfaction and be willing to multi-task and cover other roles as and when circumstances dictate. You must have the ability to sell on value and affordability rather than the lowest price and understand and work within an established brand/sales process.
