Job summary

webuyanycar is seeking a Sales Executive to join our UK-wide network. The role offers a base salary of £28,200 per year with OTE around £35,220, plus a strong bonus structure, and 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift including weekends.

You will be the main contact for customers, handle appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and ensure smooth branch operations. No car knowledge is required—we will teach you everything you need to know.

Qualifications

• A current full UK manual driving licence.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and alone.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
• Able to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
• Excellent administration and IT skills.

Responsibilities

Job: Sales Executive

Salary: £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220)

Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on Company performance.

Hours: You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Weekend work is involved.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive with WBAC you will:

• First-and-foremost our Sales Executives buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers.
• Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
• Doing appraisals on cars, negotiating prices, closing deals, and delivering exceptional Customer service to our customers.
• Liaising with the back office and work colleagues through.
