About the role

We’re seeking a talented Sales Executive to work full-time at our development in Bicester.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll make a meaningful difference in our customers’ lives by introducing them to independent living. You’ll proactively engage with customers interested in our developments, offering expert advice on their apartment purchase and lifestyle.

  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a hassle-free and positive experience from enquiry to move-in day.
  • Based at the Welcome Centre, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining budgeted selling prices for your development, gaining a thorough understanding of the site, which will be the customers’ new home.
  • As the development progresses, you’ll have the opportunity to show customers apartments using a fully equipped show home centre, with resources like floor plans, apartment designs, interior options, and removal services.

You will collaborate with onsite marketing, customer relations, and construction teams, as well as liaising with offsite agents, sales partners, solicitors, and managing sales through to completion.

About you

Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred, especially in the retirement market. Your calm and supportive approach will help ease customers’ concerns during their decision-making process.

The key attributes include excellent customer relationship skills and a strong drive to succeed. You should be comfortable working independently, proactive in sales and marketing efforts, and demonstrate professional selling skills at all times. Experience with IT databases and holding a valid UK driver’s license for off-site visits are also required.
