Responsibilities

• Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of branches. Be the main point of contact for customers.
• Contact customers, prioritize your diary to achieve appointments, and meet targets.
• Perform appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Liaise with back office and colleagues.

Requirements

• Current full UK manual driving license.
• Experience in a target-driven environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Organized, able to prioritize workload.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
• Excellent administrative and IT skills.
