Audi Aberdeen is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our high-energy team. You will drive sales of new and used vehicles, arrange finance and insurance, and tailor offers to customer needs.

This role puts you in the driving seat of your earnings with a 6-week holiday entitlement and uncapped commission. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills, and build lasting relationships with customers.

What You'll Be Doing as Sales Executive:

• Selling success - Achieve targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
• Maximising Finance & Insurance (F&I) opportunities - Present tailored finance solutions, protection plans, and value-added products to enhance the customer experience.
• Building connections - Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships.
• Following up leads - Proactively contact potential customers to maximise opportunities.
• Sealing the deal - Confidently handle objections and negotiate sales transactions.
• Delivering excellence - Ensure outstanding customer service every step of the way.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in car sales or a similar customer-focused sales role.
