Job summary

Splendid Hospitality Group at Hilton London Bankside is seeking a creative Events Planner to join our Sales - On Property team. You’ll manage weddings, conferences and private functions from enquiry to execution, ensuring flawless events and exceptional service.

You will coordinate with clients, internal teams and external vendors, develop proposals and floor plans, and monitor budgets to drive profitability while delivering moments guests will remember.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning events (weddings, conferences, private functions).
• Ability to manage multiple events from enquiry to execution.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event planning from enquiry to execution
