Job summary

The Swan, Bibury is seeking a Sales & Events Manager to lead pre-booked events, drive revenue, and deliver exceptional hospitality at our Bibury location. You will manage records, coordinate events, and work with a team to deliver memorable experiences.

Join us part-time, 24 hours across 3 days including weekends, with benefits such as food discounts, perks and Wagestream access. You'll be instrumental in growing our events calendar and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-booked strategy and deliver pre-booked revenue and covers targets.
• Drive additional business via outbound activity.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide performance reports.
• Manage social media and online presence plan (website/listings).
• Identify key event opportunities to drive more business.
• Ensure excellent customer service in person and via email/phone.
• Coordinate the delivery of bespoke events across the year.
• Support recruitment and training of sales & events coordinator where applicable.
