Job summary

Kents Hill Park in Milton Keynes seeks a friendly, organised Sales & Events Co-Ordinator to join The Venues Collection. You will work with the Sales Office Manager to maximise venue sales, manage enquiries and bookings, and deliver excellent service across conferences and events in a busy hotel and venue.

Join a team supporting pricing, diary management and client relationships, with opportunities to learn and develop within a leading events venue within The Venues Collection.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, conference and events, hotel or hospitality environment.
• Natural ability to build relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maximise venue sales and achieve monthly revenue targets with the Sales Office Manager.
• Handle conference, meeting and event enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Support pricing and rate strategies to maximise revenue and meet budgets.
• Maintain the conference and events diary, balancing availability and demand.
• Coordinate bedroom reservations for conference delegates and guests.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the booking journey.
