Randstad Business Support is seeking a highly organised Sales & Estimating Coordinator for a dynamic manufacturing SME in Redditch. You will own the quoting process, build cost estimations in Excel, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams.

Role requires experience in sales administration within manufacturing, strong numerical skills, and excellent Excel templates management. We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules, 25 days holiday + BH, and private healthcare after 1 year.

Qualificações

• Sales administration experience within manufacturing, engineering, metals or similar.
• Strong numerical skills with costings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for costing templates.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, positive 'can-do' mindset and collaborative approach.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Quotation preparation: Produce accurate customer quotations from technical drawings, specifications, and incoming RFQs.
• Excel cost modelling: Create, update, and maintain detailed costing spreadsheets and pricing records.
• Supplier coordination & negotiation: Source metal and raw material pricing from suppliers, negotiating lead times and rates.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Production teams to compile accurate cost estimates.
• Sales support: Manage enquiries, maintain inbox organisation, and support general commercial administration.
