Job summary

Cu-Plas in Liverpool is seeking a motivated individual with sales, estimating and contracts management experience within a busy MEPV merchant. You will generate new business opportunities, prepare competitive quotes and estimates, and manage contracts from enquiry through to completion.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, estimating, contract management, or merchanting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and heating within the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plumbing and heating commercial sectors.
• Estimating: Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and quotations from customer enquiries.
• Contract Management: Manage projects and contracts from order placement through to completion.
