We are seeking a Sales Engineer to strengthen our Sales team.

Functional Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Sales Support: Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing expert advice and support throughout the sales process.
  2. Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and design tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with our capabilities.
  3. Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering technical insights and resolving queries to build trust and secure business.
  4. Sales Team Training: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the sales team’s understanding of technical concepts and manufacturing processes.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless solution integration and enhance service offerings.
  6. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical solutions, processes, and client requirements.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to improve technical offerings and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in metalworking or mechanical engineering
  • Expertise in CNC machining, sheet metal working, and 3D printing
  • Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Italian is a plus
  • IT enthusiast, eager to master modern technologies and software
  • Willingness to work in a fast-growing business environment
