MISSION

We are seeking our first UK Sales Engineer to support our growing client projects in the United Kingdom. Reporting to the Sales Engineer Director, you will ensure the feasibility of our clients' market research projects and serve as the platform ambassador in pre-sales activities.

You will collaborate with sales and operational teams to prepare, adapt, and propose solutions to clients such as local consulting firms or investment funds. Your market research expertise will be crucial to the success of this role.

Your Responsibilities
  • Supporting sales teams in calibrating commercial offers.
  • Providing technical support during client meetings.
  • Identifying and clarifying client needs, challenging expectations when necessary.
  • Ensuring project feasibility and profitability.
  • Developing strategies to win projects.
  • Training and mentoring sales teams.
  • Working with operational teams to understand capabilities and processes.
  • Maintaining knowledge of our platform features and conducting client demonstrations.
  • Collaborating with Engineering teams for internal improvements.
  • Identifying process improvements and advising on implementation.
Required Skills
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in market research.
  • Understanding of market research methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data collection, sampling, and respondent acquisition methods.
  • Ability to analyze sales data.
  • Passion for technology and adaptability.
  • Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Pre-sales experience is desirable.
