Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a sales-focused professional to grow carbon brushes and related products in the Mining and Wind sectors in Australia. You will service existing customers, develop new opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing and Management.

The role requires technical knowledge of motors/generators and strong communication skills, with hybrid or remote working options supported within the Australia operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales or business development for technical products.
• Technical knowledge of motor and generators is beneficial.
• Proactive, organized and able to work autonomously or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for carbon brushes and related products in Mining and Wind sectors.
• Provide technical support and convert opportunities into quotes for internal sales.
• Conduct trials with customers to demonstrate product benefits.
