Alecto Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fire & Security Sales Engineer for the Midlands region. We offer a competitive base in the £35k-£40k range, plus 2% commission and a £400 monthly car allowance, with mileage expenses paid.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire & Security sales or technical sales.
• Understanding of Fire Alarm or Electronic Security systems.

• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across your region.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Conduct site surveys and identify customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Promote Fire & Security solutions across commercial customers.
• Build relationships with clients and key decision makers.
• Work closely with engineering and operations to ensure project delivery.
• Represent the business in a professional manner at all times.

Alecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced Fire &Security Sales Engineers based across Wales, the Midlands and the South West who are looking to join a growing business with excellent earning potential and the freedom to develop new and existing customer relationships.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience within the Fire & Security industry who enjoys building long-term partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing new business opportunities across your region
• Managing and growing existing customer accounts
• Conducting site surveys and identifying customer requirements
• Preparing quotations and proposals
• Promoting Fire & Security solutions across commercial customers
• Building strong relationships with clients and key decision makers
• Working closely with the engineering and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Representing the business in a professional manner at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within Fire & Security sales or technical sales
• Good understanding of Fire Alarm and/or Electronic Security systems
• Strong customer relationship and account management skills
• A proven track record of winning new business and developing existing accounts
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
