Job summary

W3Global is seeking a technically skilled candidate to lead the CAD-to-site workflow for high-rise projects, translating BIM/CAD models into millimeter-accurate site projections and ensuring tight alignment with field operations.

The role requires proven surveying/geomatics expertise, field readiness, and strong BIM/VDC knowledge across Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. You will act as the essential bridge between the engineering office and on-site teams, driving efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven technical expertise in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering.
• Geospatial proficiency with Robotic Total Stations and BIM/VDC workflows.
• Field-ready on rugged construction sites.
• KPIs include revenue vs target and new partner acquisition.
• Pipeline velocity target: <100 days to close.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical workflow for high-rise projects, translating Revit/CAD models to millimeter-accurate site projections.
• Provide high-level geospatial support and liaison between office and field teams.
• Execute Proof of Concept demonstrations on active sites to prove accuracy and productivity gains.
• Collaborate with customers to optimize on-site productivity through advanced drilling solutions.
