Job summary

WATG Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Regional Design Technology Manager for our London office. The role focuses on leading BIM strategy, standards, and workflows across disciplines, coordinating cloud-based platforms and automation tools to improve project delivery.

You will develop content for Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, and related plugins, while guiding team onboarding and training to stay ahead of BIM technology trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, computational design or related field.
• Proven proficiency tests with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience with each listed software.
• 10+ years of progressive Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, BIM/3D modeling, and visualization tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to a comprehensive global BIM strategy aligned with goals and industry best practices.
• Develops and maintains global BIM standards, procedures, and workflows for consistency.
• Promotes interdisciplinary collaboration and BIM integration across departments and projects.
• Guides initial project setup and onboarding to ensure BIM data usability.
• Collaborates on complex workflows and custom project-specific code and apps.
• Manages cloud-based delivery platforms and training for tool usage.
• Develops content in Revit, Dynamo, BIM for families, schedules, data and definitions.
• Leads BIM education and training for Revit, Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper and related tools.
• Keeps current with BIM tech and identifies opportunities to enhance capabilities.
• Identifies risks in BIM implementation and develops contingency plans.
• Supports development of design technology standards, libraries, and templates.
• Coordinates packaging, testing, and deployment of software across the firm.
• Participates in change management for design-technology updates.
