Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is recruiting for an Offshore Sales Engineer to drive business across the UK and Europe.

You will sell technical rental solutions for offshore applications in oil & gas, renewables and marine markets, including compressed air, nitrogen generation, and temporary power supplies. You will manage the sales cycle from enquiry to orders, working with a seasoned sales & projects team while maintaining your own opportunities and client relationships.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with technical products or solutions.
• Experience developing sales pipelines from enquiry to completion.
• Collaborative, comfortable in a corporate environment and smaller local team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in offshore energy, oil & gas, renewables or marine sectors.

The Role

As an Offshore Sales Engineer, you will develop business across an established UK and European customer base, selling technical rental solutions for offshore applications across oil and gas, renewables and marine markets. These solutions include compressed air, nitrogen generation, and temporary power supplies.

Working with offshore companies and end users, you will manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to project development and securing orders. You will join an established sales & projects team, working collaboratively with colleagues while taking ownership of your own opportunities and customer relationships.

The Location

The role offers hybrid working, with one day per week in Dundee. Candidates based on the East coast of Scotland.

Requirements

• B2B sales experience, ideally involving technical products or solutions
• Experience developing sales pipelines and managing opportunities through to completion
• A collaborative approach, comfortable working within a corporate environment and a smaller local team
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
• An interest in offshore energy, oil and gas, renewables or marine applications

The Package

• £49,000-£52,000 basic salary
• £30,000 commission potential
