About the job

This role will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions to our strategic accounts tier of sports betting operators and casino operators.

THE CHALLENGE:

  1. This role will manage a team of client partners responsible for driving independent sales activities of digital advertising products into our strategic global clients.
  2. Lead, coach, and manage the team ensuring attainment of revenue targets and objectives.
  3. Take charge of the team sales cycle from prospecting, preparing, pitching through to gaining commitment and contracting.
  4. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide business forecasts to leadership.
  5. Oversee senior relationship management and support for existing clients by actively engaging with client decision makers.
  6. Utilize your existing network and experience to secure new leads and revenue opportunities for the team and business.
  7. Be part of Sportradar’s core global ad:s team as well as the wider Global Sales Organization, collaborating and sharing best practices as you shape the strategic accounts focused advertising sales strategy.
  8. Define, test, and optimize business and pricing models with attractive offerings for key clients or partners with profitability contribution for Sportradar.
  9. Actively engage in the advertising betting ecosystem, interact with key players, establish key relationships, and gain deep understanding of the setup and needs of all stakeholders.
  10. Support and consult product teams to optimize our products and services from a sales perspective and shape the go-to-market narrative.
  11. Represent the division and company externally at events and meetings.
  12. Both domestic and international travel is required for internal and client meetings.

YOUR PROFILE:

  1. Extensive experience in delivering digital data-driven marketing solutions to major brands and their agencies.
  2. A proven track record of sales, establishing new business, and building long-term relationships with major global clients.
  3. Understanding of digital media business models including programmatic, paid social, and search products and services.
  4. Experience with building, shaping, and executing advertising, brand, and media plans.
  5. A strong communicator with presentation skills.
  6. Understanding of the sports betting ecosystem.
