Job Description:

Forbes Advisor is hiring! We are looking for a Digital Experience Manager to join our growing Operations team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and work alongside other members of the Digital Experience team, providing guidance, leadership, mentorship, and coaching.
  2. Collaborate with functional leaders to optimize products, sites, or landing pages for the customer experience.
  3. Create, define, and improve CRO and experience optimization processes, frameworks, and infrastructure.
  4. Support teams in creating new features and tools to enhance customer experience and revenue.
  5. Analyze on-site performance against KPIs aligned with business goals.
About You:
  1. Minimum five years of experience in Product Analytics, UX, or CRO roles with a focus on proactive optimization and feature development.
  2. Experience in developing a small team from scratch.
  3. Strong stakeholder coordination skills for optimization strategy.
  4. Expertise in UX best practices, experimentation, conversion optimization, and AB testing.
  5. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Optimize, or similar platforms.
  6. Managing end-to-end experimentation processes.
  7. Strong SQL and Tableau skills.
  8. Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.
  9. Knowledge of statistics and large-scale experimentation best practices.
  10. Experience with custom CMS.
  11. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  12. Ability to prioritize projects effectively.
  13. High attention to detail.
  14. Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones.
