Are you ready to take on a pivotal Sales Director role in the carbon markets?

We’re partnering with an innovative and fast scaling sustainability focused organisation that’s playing a meaningful role in shaping the future of the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM).

As they enter their next growth phase, they’re looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead a high-performing commercial function and drive continued expansion.

As the Sales Director, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and develop a globally distributed sales team focused on sustainability solutions
  • Shape and execute commercial strategy across diverse sectors and geographies
  • Work cross-functionally with senior leadership to support long-term growth goals

This is an opportunity to take a strategic seat at the table in a mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Strong leadership experience in sales or business development
  • A solid understanding of carbon markets, climate finance, or environmental commodities

Location: Flexible – US or UK-based (with hybrid working)
