Sales Director – Biotechnology – Oxford

A growing biotech company in Oxfordshire is seeking to hire their first Sales Director to lead the company’s commercial initiatives.

This biotechnology firm has developed innovative instruments and technologies aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and performance in biomedicine. After refining this technology, they are looking for a sales director to help achieve their commercial goals and develop new sales strategies.

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales strategies to establish and expand the company's presence in the global market. You will also oversee building and managing the company's distribution network across various territories.

Initially reporting directly to the CEO, this role has the potential to evolve into a C-suite position based on your success. There is also scope to recruit, build, and lead a sales team across Europe and the US.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  1. Experience in scientific instrumentation and systems sales, preferably within cell biology.
