Take the driver seat in the Corporate Mobility Market.

We are a leading name in the UK car rental and short term corporate mobility solutions sector and we’re looking for a high-impact Sales Director to drive our corporate fleet and salary sacrifice market.

With strong roots in daily rental and evolving into integrated mobility, we are expanding our focus on the corporate sector, offering tailored fleet solutions, including flexible holding periods, EV transition support and salary sacrifice schemes. This role is ideal for someone who understands the UK fleet industry and will deliver results through clear vision, team leadership and relentless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a target-driven sales strategy to grow corporate fleet and salary sacrifice accounts.
  • Identify, win, and retain high-value B2B clients, fleet managers, HR and procurement leaders.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team to exceed KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Drive sales performance through pipeline management, client segmentation, and consultative selling.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and fleet to deliver tailored mobility solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, EV incentives, and mobility innovation to keep our offer competitive.
  • Champion the value of short-term fleet flexibility in corporate fleet conversations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years proven track record of success in B2B sales in the UK fleet and/or car rental industry
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate fleet procurement, salary sacrifice and mobility solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic planning ability.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on growth, conversion, and client retention
  • Strong communicator, negotiator and relationship builder at all levels
