The Sales Director at AllPoints Fibre Networks (APFN) is responsible for nurturing partner relationships in collaboration with our sales teams. As Sales Director you will ensure APFN delivers best-in-class sales strategies to existing partners and forge new partner relationships. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of APFN’s sales business plan, working closely with our product team to bring a customer-centric sales strategy to life. This position requires a forward-thinking mindset and a commitment to best-practice leadership. We are seeking someone eager to leverage their knowledge of the wholesale telecoms market and make a meaningful impact on the future of our industry.
What You Will Be Doing
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for the management and oversight of APFN’s full sales channel - the heart of the growth engine. This is a critical role with significant accountability in the brand we become, in what is a mature industry.
You will be responsible for the development and execution of the sales strategy, plans to meet targets, developing relationships with clients/customers, and evaluating where APFN should invest in our footprint to complement our extended reach through our strategic partnerships.
You will develop an industry leading professional team with commercially astute sales, tech presales, and business development colleagues, ensuring APFN values and diversity of experiences and backgrounds are in abundance across this professional team.
You will develop plans to enter new wholesale channels, grow adoption and uptake of the APFN footprint, design value additive commercial propositions and ensure partnership targets are met.
You will consider how APFN can continuously evolve its processes and systems to ensure we maintain our differentiation in the fibre market.
