Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing SDR team with energy, presence, and urgency
• Coach SDRs daily on talk tracks, objection handling, prospecting craft, and execution
• Build a culture of accountability, competition, and pride in excellence
• Own outbound pipeline generation and consistently beat targets
• Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Leadership to evolve strategy and refine process
• Hire, onboard, and develop exceptional talent
