Sales Development Representative | Poole | £30,000 - £32,000 + Bonus

Are you a curious, driven communicator looking to kickstart or grow your career in technical sales? Do you thrive on unearthing opportunities and opening up meaningful conversations with potential customers?

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you'll be the first point of contact for prospective engineering customers-introducing them to high-performance mechanical components that solve real technical problems. Your role is all about prospecting, nurturing, and qualifying leads for the wider sales team. Working closely with marketing and the Head of Sales, you'll build momentum with every outreach, helping fuel the business's ambitious growth plans.

This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their commercial skills in a supportive environment, with full training provided and a clear route for progression into a field sales role.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll benefit from:

As a Sales Development Representative, your responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with sales and technical colleagues to pass on qualified opportunities

* Tracking and reporting on performance, identifying ways to improve conversion

As a Sales Development Representative, your skills and experience will include:

* Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone and via email
