The role...
  • Drive Synthesia’s growth through inbound and prospecting activities, generating leads that convert into opportunities and closed business
  • Educate and work on leads via phone calls, emails, social media, events, webinars, and campaigns
  • Develop understanding of lead generation processes, supporting marketing activities, prospect touchpoints, and hand-off to Account Executives
  • Create and activate email sequences, make cold calls to map and penetrate accounts
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are scheduled
About you...
  • Native/Bilingual in both German and English
  • Interested in Software / SaaS solutions / Consulting / Web3 / Other tech
  • Interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills (phone, listening, writing)
  • Self-driven with a desire to help Synthesia grow; capable of creating scalable processes
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, comfortable in a quota-carrying role
  • Commit to Tuesdays and Wednesdays in our Oxford Circus office

  • Experience with Sales Automation/Prospecting Tools (Amplemarket, Salesloft, Outreach) & CRM (Salesforce)
