Tasks

Role Description:

As an SDR at DigX, you will help drive growth by expanding our existing client base, which includes some of Europe's top organizations, and by acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying prospects using various data sources
  • Sending cold emails to introduce our services
  • Calling prospects to engage them
  • Using LinkedIn and social media to increase awareness
  • Building relationships with C-suite executives to understand client needs and present our solutions
  • Visiting clients to strengthen partnerships and promote growth
  • Staying informed about digital transformation trends

Goals:

  • Facilitating introductions for our senior team to convert
  • Securing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with enterprise clients
  • Converting MSAs into Statements of Work (SOWs) with senior team support
Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience as an SDR in B2B sales, preferably in recruitment, IT consultancy, or software sales
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Motivated to learn and grow
  • Willing to do cold outreach via email and phone
