Salary: Up to £32,000 base + uncapped commission
Location: Salford, Manchester
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hybrid: Tuesdays & Thursdays in office | 4.5-day work week, half-day Fridays

The Sales Development Specialist role is ideal for positive, high-energy, confident individuals who seek great earning potential and career progression. You will be enrolled in our Infinity Training Academy—a structured program offering ongoing learning and development, preparing you for roles such as Account Executive or other areas.
Infinity SDR Development Plan
Our proprietary Training Academy is designed to enhance your skills and prepare you for a closing sales role. You will be coached on fundamental and advanced sales techniques, including Challenger, Sales EQ, and MEDDIC.
Our onboarding program covers Infinity's offerings, target markets, and the Ideal Customer Profile. Post-training, you'll receive role-specific coaching to qualify and scope new opportunities and demonstrate our solutions effectively.
