We've partnered with a fast-growing insights-led solutions provider in the FMCG space is seeking a driven and curious Sales Development Representative to help fuel their growth in the UK market.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who’s eager to make a real impact. You’ll be mentored by an experienced Business Development Manager, gaining valuable exposure to the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to deal support and account growth.

You'll join a collaborative, high-energy commercial team that values creativity, ambition, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing into strong sales opportunitiesRun outbound prospecting campaigns using cold calling, email, and LinkedInWork closely with Account Directors to support client engagement and help grow existing accountsHold your own discovery calls to assess prospect needs and qualify opportunitiesBuild tailored outreach approaches and test new ideas to reach key decision-makersShadow and support on later-stage deals, gaining insight into the full commercial cycleDevelop trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders in the FMCG sectorStay up to date on new product developments and industry trends

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a sales, commercial or client-facing environmentComfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platformsConfident, ambitious, and resilient - you enjoy engaging people and solving problemsA track record of achievement (academic, sporting, or extracurricular)
