ZoomInfo is seeking a Manager, Sales Development to lead a high-performing outbound SDR team in London. You’ll recruit, train, and coach reps, shape outbound strategies, and align with marketing and account executives to drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing outbound SDR teams with proven pipeline delivery.
• Track record of scaling outbound programs in fast-growing environments.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled selling and modern GTM workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build and train outbound SDRs to identify and create qualified opportunities.
• Shape AI-native selling approaches and GTM workflows.
• Define performance metrics and coach through 1:1s and shadowing.
• Collaborate with Marketing and AE teams to align campaigns to territory plans.
• Manage SDR dashboards and reporting for stakeholders.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Sales Development Representatives.
