Bristol
We are currently looking to hire a Sales Developer/Expert to join our Aerospace and defence team on a permanent basis, this role requires travel and work in a Hybrid mode and when required to be on site.
Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace Industry – UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
Understand clients' business goals, needs, and challenges.
Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer support.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to address client concerns and ensure smooth service delivery.
Provide feedback and input to product development teams based on client needs and market demands.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
