Sales & Design Consultant
Morland Bathrooms – Leeds City Centre
Full Time | c£27,000

Are you passionate about interiors and have a flair for design? Do you love helping people bring their ideas to life? We’re looking for a reliable, personable and design-savvy Sales & Design Consultant to join our small, friendly team at Morland Bathrooms – a leading name in high-end bathroom design based in the heart of Leeds.

About the Role:
Working from our stylish Leeds city centre showroom in The Calls, you’ll guide our customers through the entire bathroom journey – from first hello to final sign-off. Whether it’s greeting walk-in clients, helping them design their dream bathroom, coordinating installations or providing aftercare, your role is all about ensuring each customer has an exceptional experience.

This is a full-time, permanent role (37 hours/week), including regular Saturdays:
● Monday to Friday: 9 am – 5 pm
● Saturday: 9 am – 3.30 pm (with a day off in the week)

Key Responsibilities:
● Welcoming clients into our showroom and understanding their needs
● Designing high-end bathrooms tailored to each client’s style and space
● Managing the project from sale through to installation and aftercare
● Handling enquiries, offering expert advice, and building lasting relationships
● Ensuring every client receives exceptional customer service throughout

What We’re Looking For:
● A genuine interest in interiors and bathroom design
● Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role
● A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
● PC literate and comfortable learning new systems
● Organised, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards
● A design qualification or experience in interiors/kitchens/bathrooms would be a plus
