Job summary

Yorkshire Windows in Doncaster is seeking a proactive Sales Design Consultant to guide customers from initial discussion to final design of windows, conservatories and extensions. You will visit homes or our showroom to present visuals and options using industry-standard design tools.

The role offers a creative compensation package with base salary, commission and bonus, plus car allowance, and supports flexible working and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Strong sales background with ability to build relationships and close orders.
• Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into design solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners in their homes or showroom for pre-booked appointments.
• Use design software to create visuals of windows, conservatories, orangeries and extensions.
• Offer options that best fit customer needs and budget while guiding decision-making.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and relay benefits to customers to drive sales.
• Close sales and contribute to the group’s growth targets.

About the Role:

As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be the trusted expert who brings customers’ dream living spaces to life, guiding them from the first conversation through to final design of Windows, conservatories, orangeries and extensions.This is a chance to sell high quality products you can be proud of, build strong relationships and close exciting projects in a business that values ambition, rewards success and wants you to thrive.You will:

• Responsible for meeting with homeowners in their homes or in our showroom, through qualified pre booked appointments
• Use industry leading software to design and produce visuals bringing the customers dream space to life
• Be pro-active and confident in offering different suggestions and options to suit the customer’s needs and aspirations
• Display a genuine caring approach, which will support and help the customer to solve problems to fill the needs that their home currently lacks
• Excellent product knowledge, as well as an understanding of the wide range of features and benefits, being able to relay these to the customers
• Ability to close sales and meet sales targets to support the groups growth targets
