The AA is recruiting a Sales Customer Service Advisor in Newcastle. You will talk to new customers about AA Motor or Home Insurance, understand their needs and clearly explain price, cover and options to help them choose the right policy.
This is a hybrid role after competency, with 3 days in the office. The base salary is £26,550 plus performance incentives up to £9,600, and you will join a supportive Motor & Home Insurance team committed to excellent service.

Contract: Full time – Permanent
Hours: 40 hours over 5 days a week. Monday–Friday shifts between 08:00–19:15, with alternate Saturdays 09:00–17:15.
Start Date: 2nd November 2026
