You will handle customer orders via the internal sales desk and counter, process telephone orders, and manage direct and delivered sales while building strong relationships with key customers.

The role includes advising customers on trade and project solutions, aiming to maximise sales and margins, and ensuring stock is monitored and rotated in line with depot procedures.

Formación

• Experience in internal sales desk and handling customer orders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maximise sales and maintain stock rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Selling to customers over the internal sales desk & sales counter.
• Taking and processing customers' telephoned orders.
• Dealing with direct and delivered sales.
• Advising customers on trade and retail with project solutions.
• Maximising sales and margin.
• Monitoring and ordering stock within timescale criteria.
• Carrying out stock checks and depot procedures.
