Job summary

ITECH FIX UK LTD in Airdrie, Scotland, is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with orders, enquiries and documentation. This full-time, on-site role offers a salary of £31,300 to £33,400 per year and UK visa sponsorship.

You will coordinate customer orders, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and sales paperwork, and liaise with customers, suppliers and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or admin support.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good computer literacy and IT skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Experience with Sage accounting software is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative activities.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Provide customers with information about products, pricing and availability.
• Process customer orders accurately through the company’s systems.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and other sales documents.
• Follow up on quotations, outstanding orders and customer enquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and order records.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, warehouse and delivery teams.
• Monitor order progress and communicate delivery updates or delays.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints and delivery issues professionally.
• Provide sales staff with information about products and stock availability.
• Maintain organised records of sales transactions, quotations and customer communications.
• Prepare basic sales reports for management when required.
• Assist with stock and product availability checks.
• Ensure sales procedures and company processes are followed correctly.
• Provide general administrative and customer service support to help achieve targets.
