Job summary

Kinetic plc in Mold is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process in a fast-paced environment.

Salary £27k–£30k dependant on experience; GCSE level required and at least 1 year in a customer-facing or administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential, with ability to prioritise and manage workload.

Qualifications

• GCSE level is required.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Process bulk/packaged orders via email/phone and amend orders as required.
• Prepare paperwork including pro-forma where applicable.
• Process Haulage orders and liaise with customers/hauliers for export orders.
• Communicate with production and transport and raise invoices.
• Handle booking in of collections from site and processing UK/export samples.
