SIG Roofing in the UK is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support the Branch Manager and drive branch performance. You will handle customer enquiries, manage accounts, and promote our full range of products both over the phone and face-to-face.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role (merchanting or construction industry experience is a bonus).
• Excellent communication and a customer-first approach.
• Good IT and numeracy skills with accuracy in order processing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by phone, email, and at the trade counter.
• Process orders accurately and provide clear, competitive quotes.
• Maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling.
• Proactively contact lapsed or prospective customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
• Coordinate with warehouse and external sales teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Contribute to a safe, positive working environment.

What’s the role?

As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to deliver excellent service and drive branch performance. You’ll handle customer enquiries, manage accounts, and promote our full range of products both over the phone and face-to-face.

What you’ll be doing:

• Accurately processing orders and providing clear, competitive quotes.
• Maximising every sales opportunity, including up-selling and cross-selling.
• Proactively contacting lapsed or prospective customers.
• Maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborating with warehouse and external sales teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Actively contributing to a safe, positive working environment.

What you’ll bring:
