The role involves managing customer orders, ensuring high-quality service, and identifying sales opportunities. Monday - Thursday 08:00am - 17:00pm and Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm

We are looking for an organized and conscientious sales coordinator to join our team in Leeds and provide high-quality service to our customers.
You will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing queries, liaising with colleagues and customers regarding orders, stock, and delivery requirements, assisting with pricing and quotes, and proactively identifying sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in a similar role. You should be confident in communication, IT literate (especially with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook), and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
