Main Role and Responsibilities:

• Handle all patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Accurately and efficiently input confidential patient notes.
• Manage finances, including taking deposits and payments, and informing patients about finance options.
• Follow up with patients for additional bookings, providing 5-star customer care.
• Maintain a well-presented and professional appearance.
