Job summary

Innovo Global Talent is recruiting a Sales Coordinator for a leading global automation company in Hemel Hempstead. You will coordinate sales activities from enquiry through to order fulfilment and support the administration and delivery of customer projects, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication with stakeholders.

• Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Internal Sales, Project Coordinator, or similar support role.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the sales team with quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.

I'm currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on behalf of a leading global automation company that delivers innovative engineering and automation solutions to customers worldwide.

Location: Hemel Hempstead | Full Time | Permanent

The Role

Working closely with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, customers, and suppliers, you'll be responsible for coordinating sales activities from enquiry through to order fulfilment, as well as assisting with the administration and delivery of customer projects.
